Because we work with international suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

• United States: 7–14 business days

• Europe: 7–15 business days

• Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the supplier’s warehouse.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available). Tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the carrier.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because we work with several suppliers to offer a wider range of products.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

• Please contact the carrier directly
